Once called the Evel Knievel of dance, Elizabeth Streb is an innovative pioneer who never stops exploring. Her choreography, which she calls PopAction, intertwines the disciplines of dance, athletics, boxing, rodeo, the circus, and Hollywood stunt-work. The result combines daring with strict precision in pursuit of the public display of pure movement. Breathtaking and heart-stopping, Raw is a truly unique dance experience sure to amaze. It may cause you to imagine what Extreme Eurythmy could look like! (10/19) STREB’s unique movement art...has reached a peak of theatricality and dare-all virtuosity. – The Village Voice Managing your nervous system: a 5 week class at Bowdoin College.
