MWS continues to recycle all toner cartridges and cell phones, just bring them to either office. Storage is easier if toner boxes are recycled at home. Thank you!

Seeking Housesitting Opportunity in July: We are a Waldorf family (husband and wife - both Waldorf teachers - with two wonderful daughters) from Kansas looking to move to Maine in the not–too–distant future. This summer we are planning to visit the greater Freeport area for a couple of weeks in July, and are looking for a home to stay in (and provide loving care to) while the owners are away on their own summer vacation. We are happy to take care of pets, plants, gardens, etc. Dates flexible. References available upon request. Please email David at email@example.com if interested. (01/28)
Needle felting is a fun and easy way to make whimsical wool creations. If you need a different and exciting new idea for your child's birthday party, this may be it. I am offering to do CUPCAKE BIRTHDAY PARTIES for children, ages 9 through 15. Under my instruction, each child who is attending the birthday party, will design and create their own needle felted cupcake to take home with them after the party. The cupcakes are colorful and fun to make. All materials and supplies are provided, so all that you need to do is to provide the space to make these fun creations! I have had the opportunity to teach children this craft and the results have been amazing. The kids loved learning how to needle felt with wool and they were especially happy to take something home with them. I am available to do this at your party seven days a week and would be happy to meet with you to discuss the logistics of planning this type of event at your child's 2014 birthday party. My rate is $20.00 per child. There are no other costs involved. Although it may vary somewhat, the children will be able to design and create their cupcakes in about an hour to an hour and a half, which leaves lots of time to enjoy the real cupcakes and games! I look forward to sharing this new and exciting birthday party idea with you! Contact me for more information. Happy Birthday!!! Kathleen Gerdes

Bunk Bed for sale: This well designed and attractive bed/set can be set up in various figurations and it reminds us a bit of the cabin/salon of a nice boat! It has been employed by at least 3 children, originally coming to Freeport from Brazil via a former MWS german teacher. The structure and mattresses are still in good condition. We are asking for $100. For pictures and more information, contact Lucy and Jim Ahearne at firstname.lastname@example.org or 865-9063. (01/28)
