Join together for a fun evening of musical performances by Merriconeag community parents and faculty, Friday, November 22. I am putting out this call for all parents and faculty who would be interested in performing. Please contact Vito Courtney firstname.lastname@example.org. The evening will run from 6pm – 9pm and I am hoping to fill approximately three hours with music provided by the parent and faculty community. The time will be from 6:00 pm – 9pm on Friday November 22nd. This is an adult only fun filled evening. I am also looking for maybe one or two parents who would be interested in helping with setting up and breaking down the stage. This event will be a very casual evening and if you would like to bring a snack or something to drink the plan is to have the tables and chairs set up to accommodate a more intimate atmosphere. One or two volunteers to help with tables and chairs would be wonderful. Additional details will appear in future issues as things come into full view. Looking forward to seeing many of you on the 22nd. (10/22)
My names is Lindsey Furtney and I live at 6 Bear's Run Road (1.2 miles from the Merriconeag Campus) in Freeport. I will be moving with my family to Sydney Australia for 2 years at the beginning of December which means my home will be available for rent. I am hoping this information may be helpful to you as you speak with incoming families and I'd love it if you would be willing to post the below listings (or this entire e-mail) on Merriconeag's internal list serv.
We are a former MWS family. We are planning on putting our house on the market-likely in Jan. Our home is located right around the corner from MWS at 99 Webster Rd. It is a custom built home, finished in 2011. There is much attention to detail/character in the house. We have 3.8 acres of land that abuts a huge parcel of conservation land which is full of trails for walking, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing through the woods. We have planted apple, pear, and peach trees, blueberry and raspberry bushes and have perennial beds around the house. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and has an open concept. There is an attached two car garage with a third garage door located on the side. If you, or someone you know has any interest in talking to us about the house or would like more information, please contact me (Laura) at email@example.com or call me at 865-0307. We would have more room for negotiation if we do not have to list it with a real estate agent.
