Orders must be placed with Willow Pond Farm (willowpf@aol.com) by Thursday at noon. Please leave payment in envelope in Early Childhood Office PRIOR to delivery.

My name is Merlin Komenda, I am a 20 year old alumni of Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School in upstate NY. Winter Skates and Ski Equipment Needed: We will have an exchange student from Paris living with us this winter and are looking to borrow a pair of skates and Nordic skis for her. For skis, we’re looking for Classic or combi, waxless or not – either option is fine as long as they’re in good working condition. She’s 5’5 ½” (166 cm) and 106#. Delicious Lamb for Sale: Whole or half lambs for sale, just in time for the holidays! Just before Thanksgiving, we’re sending off 3 or 4 lambs for butchering. They’ve been raised on our land in Pownal, on all organic pasture, hay and grain. They’ll likely dress out at about 40 – 50#, and are $6.00/#, plus slaughter and cutting costs which works out to be roughly $65/animal. So a full lamb would run approximately $300-365, a half $150 - $185. Individual preferences regarding cutting instructions can be followed. Please call Jo D. Do you have gently used playmobil sets that your child has outgrown? I'm looking to buy or adopt some toys for my son's Christmas presents. They don't need to be full sets, but any big playmobil items (castles, ships, pyramids, cowboy ranch, etc.) with some of the figures and parts would be great. Milkweed Farm Pasture Raised Thanksgiving Turkeys: It's time to order your Thanksgiving turkey. Our turkeys are $4 per pound, plus an $8 slaughter fee. They are the most delicious, healthy birds you can find. They are raised on green pasture and have been wandering around our farm eating grass, herbs, and bugs all summer and fall. If you would like to order a turkey we ask for a $25 deposit, and the size you are hoping for. Our turkeys generally run from 10-24 pounds. If you want a 15 pound bird, we would suggest you ask for a 14-16 pound range. We do our best to get everyone a bird in their ideal range.
