Housemate Wanted on Peaks Island: We are a professional couple that is looking to share a year round home on Peaks Island. We have a large, bright and sunny home with beautiful indoor and outdoor space within a 12 minute walk/ 5 minute bike ride of the ferry. Home includes gardens, patio, garden shed, outdoor storage, fireplace, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Beautiful Kitchen and four additional common rooms for sharing. We are both in our early forties, active, and both work and spend time off the island. There are many days that you would have the house to yourself. We are looking for a single person that is flexible, mature, independent, and fun and would embrace the adventure and simplicity of island living. We are a block from the beach, close to tennis, sailing and moorings. We have enjoyed biking and running and all that the Peaks Island community offers: music, art, and great people.
