Whether you are a gardener, office worker, person who usually does the vacuuming, athlete, musician, all of the above, your body will remember HOW you do these things and it may or may not like it! An effective and satisfying approach to self care, the Alexander Technique teaches how to unlearn habitual patterns that cause unnecessary tension in everything we do. Her practice is in Yarmouth, she is also great with teenagers, and has worked with many athletes and performers of all kinds. Her contact info: (phone 749-7458).
