High Energy Summer Camp: Do you want your child to come home tired and happy at the end of the day? Send him to a weeklong, full of fun camp with Emelie and Zoe Chace-Donahue, veteran babysitters and counselors from 2010 MWS Summer Camp. Camp will be at Winslow Park in Freeport, meeting and ending each day just outside the park limits. Daily activities will include swimming, biking, mud flat and tidal pool exploration, and plenty of games and sports (kickball, baseball, soccer, capture the flag, and scavenger hunts are just a few). The camp will be run by 11th grade Waldorf-lifers Emelie and Zoe, but there will be an adult (Jennifer Chace) on location and directly supervising the swimming.
Ages: Entering 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades
Number of campers: Limited to 10
Time: 9 - 3
Dates: August 15 through 19
Cost: $179 includes park entrance fee, group-made snacks on some days, and plenty of drinking water
