MWS continues to recycle all toner cartridges and cell phones, just bring them to either office.  Storage is easier if toner boxes are recycled at home.  Thank you!

High Energy Summer Camp!
Do you want your child to come home tired and happy at the end of the day? Send him to a weeklong, full of fun camp with Emelie and Zoe Chace-Donahue, veteran babysitters and counselors from 2010 MWS Summer Camp. Camp will be at Winslow Park in Freeport, meeting and ending each day just outside the park limits. Daily activities will include swimming, biking, mud flat and tidal pool exploration, and plenty of games and sports (kickball, baseball, soccer, capture the flag, and scavenger hunts are just a few). The camp will be run by 11th grade Waldorf-lifers Emelie and Zoe, but there will be an adult (Jennifer Chace) on location and directly supervising the swimming.
Ages: Entering 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades
Number of campers: Limited to 10
Time: 9 - 3
Dates: August 15 through 19
Cost: $179 includes park entrance fee, group-made snacks on some days, and plenty of drinking water

A New Way to Buy Local Pasture-raised Meat
      Old Crow Ranch is excited to announce a partnership with Farmers’ Gate Market.
      Farmers’ Gate is a locally owned and operated butcher shop that is committed to local
pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. The shop is located on Leeds Junction Rd. in
Wales, Maine.
      Old Crow and Farmers’ Gate are working together to develop neighborhood buying clubs
– we call them Meat Ups. We are looking for Meat Up hosts. This is a way for you to buy
local, pasture raised meat and have it delivered directly to your door. It’s also a great way
for you to get to know your farmer and butcher.
      Old Crow Ranch will have all of its meats processed at Farmers’ Gate. We are currently
accepting deposits on sides and quarters of beef as well as sides of pork.
