Full proceeds go towards medical supplies for the Tanzanian Children's Fund, a orphanage in Tanzania, Africa.      We are also taking deposits on sides of pork and sides or quarters of beef for the 2011 season. We raise all our livestock in a sustainable, grass based, organic style. Our cattle are rotationally pastured for there entire stay at the farm and our pork is fed organic grain as well being able to forage.
