High School Boarding Option with Tuition Discount

Students who are interested in attending Merriconeag‘s high school, but live too far away to

commute, can now choose a home stay option with host families in the school community

and receive a discounted tuition of $13,100 for the 2011 -12 school year.

• No further tuition assistance is available.

• Fees for supplies and student trips are not included in the $13,100 tuition.

• The responsibility for transfer of credits rests with the student who attends Merriconeag

Waldorf High School under this program.

• Merriconeag Waldorf School will provide students who apply to board with a list of possible

home stay arrangements with families in the school community. Five or seven day home

stay options are available.

• The School is not responsible for the student’s home life or transportation to and from school.

• Room and board charges are between the home stay family and the student.

• Former Merriconeag Waldorf School students who live beyond daily commuting distance may apply.
